I like that it is alcohol free so I used it on my animals. I have an ill rat and the vets have done all that they can do. This seems to be easing her symptoms some as she seems to be more comfortable and relaxed. I will give her one drop at a time.I have also used the product on myself. The changes come on gradually. I sleep better and and I am more relaxed now. It is definitely worth it. It also has a nice sweet taste. If you hate taking pills this is ideal. You won't feel drugged or groggy but you will have a deep restful night's sleep.

The reason I'm giving it a 4 star is one, because of the taste. If I hadn't read the reviews and mixed it with water I'd send it back and second, the first night taking it, I slept terrible, like I had taken melatonin which makes me sleep weird and I can't take it. So I tried it again. Second night I mixed with water and slept great, didn't wake up groggy and actually felt good all the next day. I used to take the goli ashwagandha gummies and wanted to try something different.

My biggest concern when purchasing this product was that the taste my be unpleasant, but I was happily surprised that it tastes good. Not everyone may find that it tastes *good* but I'm confident most will at least find it palatable enough to take straight without having to bother with dilution. I never needed to take more than one dropper before bed (although the dropper never seems to fill all the way, only most of the way, my only real criticism and one that doesn't seem to matter) to enjoy the helpful effects. If I had to say whether it helps you more-so to *fall* asleep or to *stay* asleep, I would lean towards stay although I think it helps both. With the addition of this supplement to my other sleep aids I have been able to quit taking benadryl nightly, and am on only natural supplements to combat insomnia.
