Perfect match for larger gapped barn doors. Unless you have an unusually tight clearance between your barn door and frame trim, this is the latch you will need. The longer throw arm spands the gap.

Screws are to short if your going into drywall. However the product itself is excellent

It's durable and has survived all types of weather (rain, snow, ice, heat) without rusting for 6 months. It's secure and durable. My 50lbs+ dogs can push and scratch on the door, which doesn't budge. It is slightly tricky to grip, but you get what is imaged. Easy to install
