This pillow is very soft and comfortable, yet it provides support for my head and neck. I bought the pillow specifically for neck pain, and so far I think it's been helping. The only thing I dislike is the outer case, which is not soft and makes a "crinkly" noise when I move. I understand that this material is probably used to keep feathers from poking through the case, and it's doing its job in that respect. I just wish it were softer and less plastic-y feeling.

My husband has been without a feather pillow for three years, so I thought it was time to get him a new one. I have been unable to find a good one reasonably priced in retail stores, so I took a chance with Amazon. He's a week in, and already sleeping better. He loves how his face sinks into his pillow, and can tell a difference in his quality of sleep in just 7 nights. Best part about this pillow is its machine washable, and will maintain its fluff if well cared for. Great buy!

It is a very nice, quality pillow. I only gave it four stars though as it's not as firm as I anticipated. If you're looking for firm, this probably won't do, however it is very well made and plumps up nicely in the dryer. No lumps or loose feathers.

The product itself is nice quality, but after a couple weeks of trying it I think it's just a bit too soft for my neck.

Excellent pillow. Natural materials, good construction, just the right loft for a comfy night's sleep, not too hot or too cold, just right. My neck is feeling so much better and I am no longer sleeping on man-made foam. I ordered the standard size for sleep and the queen size for a body pillow and love them both.

I liked it very much. It had give and let my head relax naturally.

Very nice pillow. You can barely feel the feathers under the down. Comfortable, just what I needed.

This pillow wasn’t for me, in fact it’s the worst pillow I’ve purchased. I was really excited for it based on the reviews. I fluffed it up in the dryer as the directions indicated and it looked like a wonderful puffy cloud but as soon as my head hit the pillow it deflated, was very crinkly, and I felt like I was sleeping on a paper bag. It made my neck hurt too. Worst of all, my husband said I started snoring again! Unfortunately, pillows are very personal and it’s all trial and error to find what’s best for you. It’s in my guest room now.

Says it's a set of 2 But only 1 was delivered! Misleading description! Way over priced for one mediocre pillow. WILL BE RETURNING
