My husband bought this for me and it is a lifesaver. It's relatively light. My husband puts it into the back of our Tahoe. Travels distance with no problem. Went on 4 mile tour of granddaughter's collge campus, in & out of buildings, no problem. Comfortable, easy to control. Vaiable speed from very low to higher walking speed. Folds up like a stroller, very easyto fold/unfold. When folded can be rolled around on back wheels. Very safe, stable.

It is comfortable ,BUT , it lags in turning left or right.. sometimes it won't go either way

I purchased my Bangeran Chair last March 2018. I have done three airplane trips with the chair, as well as local use. This is a great product. In a years time, I've had no problems. The features of the chair I like are it portability and ability to fit in standard trunk spaces, the convenience of riding to the airplane gate and breaking in down right before I board, the high distance capacity of the lithium batteries, and the ability to remove these batteries conveniently. The chair is also great for cruises. Its size will easily go a standard cruise ship cabin door. After a year, I've had no breakdowns or problems. I highly recommend this product for anyone who needs something portable to get around.

This chair is very powerful, compact and light. Can't wait to travel with it. Bangeran was very responsive and helpful when we messaged them with questions.

I was so excited to finally have mobility. BUT VERY SADLY I STILL DON'T.The chair received was actually wider (25" side to side rather than 23") and heavier than what was described. It does not fold down to the compact supposedly easy to transport 28"highx20"deepx23"wide size as shown, rather the folded dimensions are 38"highx23"deepx25"wide. There was no remote as described. There was also no large storage bag. There were no instructions or manuals.My right arm is disabled as well as my left leg so not having the remote and the joystick being on the right is an issue. I can try to recruit some help to move the joystick to the left but instructions or a manual would be helpful to do so. Since there was no information, I also don't have a phone number or contact to reach out for help. The seat was supposed to be 20" wide but is actually 17.25" wide. The arms are very short (12.5" deep) and there is no place to attach a cup holder/phone holder which is needed since there is no storage or way to carry anything.I might be able to share some positives but I haven't been able to really use the chair. First, the tires won't hold air so it won't move well. The chair doesn't seem to like the carpet at all though hard to tell with the tires continually losing air. My uncle tested the valve stems and one was loose. He fixed that stem but it still seems to have pressure issues with the tires.Furthermore, the battery will not stay charged. And I mean a SERIOUS deficiency! We have charged it fully three times. I tried to test the chair out and took it down the hallway, into a bedroom, and back to the living room. I turned the power off while seated on the sofa for less than 10 minutes. So I used it less than 7 minutes, then turned off another 10 minutes. Then I got back on the chair and tried to drive it to another room but it wouldn't move at all. Just beeped and shuts off. THREE TIMES this has happened! Thankfully there was someone here so I wasn't stranded, but what if I had actually tried to go somewhere in the chair or if I was home alone? This battery issue is a huge failure and could result in serious injury if no one is available to help.

Very sturdy and well made, folds up easily. A good alternative to the scooters.
