I had a more expensive version before but it just stopped working and this one does the job just as well.Is it me or do the batteries run out very fast? This does exactly what it claims. It's a stand on a secure surface and don't touch whilst it's playing. The instructions warn you not to use it on the move. Played through an audio system or good quality head/ear-phones, the sound is good and as far as my ageing ears hear could well be the claimed 20-20000KHz. The earphones supplied are not good and I threw them away. It's of light construction that doesn't feel solid. With this player you get what you pay for. If you want something better, then you will have to pay more. For what I want it for, it's good value for money.
