Very nice brass color, sturdy and flat enough for your pocket!
This is a sturdy box in a very nice brass color with three compartments on the inside for your pills.Due to it being a little flatter than the regular pill boxes of similar design, it takes up less space in your pocket or bag. Initially you may think it is a bit too small to handle your medications, but if you only need this box for one medication it easily swallows more than a weeks supply. I can fit at least nine pills of my "one a day"-medication in it.I love this product and highly recommend it!

QUALITY!! Sturdy and clicks shut
The finish is very nice and elegant, but mainly it clicks shut securely and doesn't flip open in my handbag. Holds about 20 small pills... if you have to go out to dinner etc. and bring some vitamins. Not big enough for a trip but that's not what I needed. I needed a pretty, non-plastic container for my purse.

Chubby Fingerz
Crisp. Clean. Classy. Convenient.Surprisingly much sturdier than I anticipated. I use this daily & have yet to have a single incident in which anything opened or broke, etc.I will say if you have chubby fingers or short fingernails like myself - getting the pills out may be difficult at first.Overall fantastic product!

Really pretty. Looks classy
Really pretty. Looks classy. One problem. You'll notice that the walls of the white organizer inside the case don't reach the lid. This means there is a gap between the lid and the section dividers in the case. If a pill is small enough, it can fit between the lid and the top of the section divider and get into another section. Not a big deal if all your pills are different sizes and shapes, but definitely a big deal if your pills look similar but perform totally differently or are in different doses. Plus, the whole point of an organizer is to organize. When they're all together in one section, they are not organized.I loved the case and wanted to keep it so I problem solved a solution that works fine. I cut out a circle of think cardboard (i.e. the thickness of a box of tea, which is what I used, actually) and placed it on top of the divider. It's smaller in diameter than the outer metal case and doesn't stick out. It must be thick enough to do the job because I don't have any other spills. My tea cardboard had soft pink roses on it, so I'm actually kind of happy because it looks nice with the brass. The fact that you might have to rig up a system like mine is not a problem because the pill case is so nice. You don't see the cardboard on the outside, so the cardboard doesn't affect the look of the case. If you have large pills, you won't even need to cardboard. Test it and see before you decide.

Best Pocket Pill Case To Date, and Going Strong
I love this thing, for so many reasons. I've tried a handful of different pill cases in the past that all had durability issues, or would simply open by themselves too easily. This one has been in my pocket for probably six months now. I was first drawn to how simple and rustic this one is. It's a little thinner than some of the other ones I've had, which I like because it fits more easily into the pocket watch pocket in my jeans. If it ever does break, I will definitely buy it again. My only caution would be, if you have medicine that could be harmful to kids, be sure to keep this out of their reach because it is not hard to open. (Monkey see monkey do). Mine is either in my pocket or stored away at all times, and I tend to avoid modeling its use in front of them just to be safe.
