These worked good still wear them

I got the 4 inches it makes you taller by a little but not majorly, I would make sure the right shoe you have worked with it, I know my Nikes work well but vans do not so much, I feel like high tops would be more comfortable if you worried about that, without the right shoe it still works and it's still hidden it just kinda feels like you're wearing flip flops. On the comfort, this feels lovely I would honestly just use it as a foam piece even without the heel in it. Love these. (the first photo is with the product 2 is without)

Thanks to an injury back in Vietnam, I have one leg shorter than the other. Although this doesn't give me all the height I need, it is adequate for use in a Nike shoe that can't be added to on the sole.

I got the 3.5cm version of this product and couldn't take them for more than 30 minutes. And that was simply while I was driving and not even walking on them. I had them in boots and they simply didn't work. I don't know what shoes I have that they would work in. They do seem to be made well and have a sticky bottom surface to keep them in place and that did work well. They are supportive and have just the right amount of cushion. For the price ($12.99 at the time of this writing) I wouldn't discourage you from getting them but be prepared to be uncomfortable and walk funny. I don't think the gain is worth the discomfort for me and I'm going to rock what God gave me and just be comfortable and walk correctly.

Review of: Bacophy Height Increase Insoles 2CM, Invisible Shoe LiftsAfter a 4-plus mile walk with a 2cm Bacophy insole in my shoe, I’ve found that these shoe lifts do a more than satisfactory job of doing what they are intended to do; give just a little increase in height when needed.The Bacophy 2cm insoles fit easily, firmly in my walking/tennis shoes and I never had the sensation that my heel or the insoles were going to come out of the shoe.The 2cm insole is roughly 2 ½ inches wide at it’s widest point and right around 4 ¾ inches long from back to front and just a tiny bit of a lip on the sides and back of the insole. This size, I found during my walk, was more than enough so that I didn’t feel as if the insole was too small to handle the heel of my foot.The top of the insole has a fabric-like covering on it and is smooth to wear.The bottom of the insole has some extra cushioning right at the spot where the heel of my foot comes down hardest and that extra cushioning did a fine job of making the insole more comfortable to wear.The overall firmness of the insole has the right combination of firmness needed for height increase but also has enough ‘give’ that, after just a short time, I didn't even notice that I had an insole in a shoe.Overall, I consider the Bacophy shoe lift to be a nice option to have for height increase/heel cushion and I expect to get quite a few miles of use out of the insole.

I went with the tallest option as there isn't a big difference between the 3 options. Currently, the 3.5 cm (1.38") doesn't give as much of a boost as I thought it would. I could stand in my boots with one in and one out and still feel the same height. When wearing both, I feel a comfortable level of cushioning that was unexpected. I definitely have the 3.5 cm product (which doesnt currently show as a purchase option, and it looks like this review will be placed under the shorted option- 1.5 cm (.39").Possible that weight may affect the amount of height. Perhaps I squish them down.Anway, my 5'10" frame still feels like I am standing at 5'10". Since there isn't enough of a difference noted, I doubt I will wear these. Even though there is some added cushioning, I do feel slightly off kilter.On the plus side, the wedges have a sticky backing for "secure" placement in shoes.Despite not quite being for me, I can tell that the material is of quality, the sticky backing is an excellent addition, and that I think weight could impact the degree of loft.3.5 stars
