Webasto made it right
I initially chose this over a Tesla EVSE because it was UL certified and I wanted an EVSE with J1772 in the event I own something besides a Tesla in the future.I had issues with the first unit displaying a solid amber light when attempting to charge. I was told incorrect information during my initial troubleshooting call with Webasto support that this unit did not support charging Tesla vehicles.Someone from Webasto management reached out to me and offered to send a new unit. They confirmed it should work with Tesla vehicles and that I was told incorrect information during my initial troubleshooting call with support. I'm happy to report that the new unit works great and is charging my Tesla without issue. I am very pleased with how the company responded and made it right.

Don’t buy this! Electric bill increased 86%
This charger increased my electric bill by 86% !I only charged my car twice in one month but I kept the charger plugged in to the 220 outlet. My electric bill went up 86% in one month!

Tip breaks easily
This product functions fine. Within the first week the plastic piece that locks broke.

Do not purchase this unit. You will regret it.
The unit is poorly designed. The casing of the unit features a recessed area serving as a female cavity the a 4 prong connector that leads to the walk outlet. This cavity faces up, causing it to collect water like a pool. Ultimately, if the unit is installed outdoors, rain water will penetrate this cavity and cause the unit to short out and self destruct which is what happened to mine. Furthermore, if you contact the manufacturer for service as I did, Webasto will tell you they no longer make automotive chargers and therefore no longer provide any services for them.Do not purchase anything from this company. You will regret it.

Every charge starts ok then gradually slows to a crawl
Starts blue (7.7kwh) then eventually turns blue/orange (varies: 1-5kwh range) and sometimes even turns full orange when charging overnight. Came with my EV but does not work reliably as a daily charger. The company has not responded to my emails or warranty claims - not recommended.

Great product. Works very well.
This was easy to install, is solidly built and works like a champ. I would have liked the cord to be about 3-feet longer (so it would be the same length as the charger which came with our Volvo XC-90 recharge, but other than that this product is perfect.

Stopped working after 6 months
If you decide to buy this charger I hope you have a backup vehicle because this, like the other reviews, got the amber light problem and wont charge anymore.
