Sleek Design and Premium Performance
The Aarke Carbonator III is a beautifully designed sparkling water machine that delivers both style and performance. The matte black stainless steel finish looks premium on the countertop and feels extremely solid and well-built. Carbonation is quick and easy, and the results are consistently crisp and refreshing. The included 1L BPA-free PET reusable bottle is convenient for daily use, and the CO₂ cylinder installs smoothly. I appreciate the simple, manual operation—no electricity needed—and how easy it is to control the level of carbonation. Overall, this machine offers excellent quality, ease of use, and value for anyone who enjoys sparkling water. It’s a high-end upgrade that makes everyday hydration more enjoyable and cuts down on store-bought bottles.

Good carbonation! Sleek design
So far, I am really liking this carbonation machine. I got the smaller Aarke stainless steel bottle to use instead of the plastic one. I like putting a lot of carbonation into my water, and the machine does it, though I had to learn about waiting to hear the buzzing sound when I use it. Then give a couple quick pumps - again until it buzzes - without letting any pressure escape. I use distilled water and I find that if I put a little bit of minerals or electrolytes or sodium bicarbonate in it - not so much that I can taste it - it gets even more "poppier"- just like club soda, which was what I bought the carbonator for - so I don't have to buy it anymore (and also so I don't accumulate all the plastic caps and (albeit) glass bottles). This is does the trick! The smaller stainless steel bottle is plenty for a sitting. And then I refill it with the cold water I keep chilling in the fridge for the next time I want more of my homemade club soda. The machine fits nicely under my cabinet and has a nice, sleek design. I got matte black - it doesn't show dirt or fingerprints at all.

Works great!
Makes great carbonated water and saves us a ton on store bought water. Yes, it has a significant upfront cost but it beats the bi-weekly purchase and lugging around a case of bottled water.

You Get What You Pay For
Aarke Carbonator 3 is a wonderfully useful device that is also aesthetically pleasing. It is pretty hard to beat. That said, it is not for the faint of heart in terms of cost when one includes the so-called extra bottles and gas cylinders.

This company will not respond to warranty problems
This product worked pretty well when it worked. The problem is that when it stopped working, the company was non responsive to request for help. I received an automated message asking for more information. I provided the information and never received another communication from them, in spite of several follow up emails. I tried a second time and got the same result. There is no phone number you can call and their support process does not work. A huge waste of money.

Awesome Product - Must have
This unit is absolutely fantastic! I previously owned a similar device from a different manufacturer and used it for about a year. While I was satisfied with its performance, this new unit has completely blown me away. The carbonation quality is on another level—it far surpasses anything I could achieve with my previous unit. One unexpected delight is the sound it makes when reaching pressure—it reminds me of a child’s impression of a fart, and honestly, it makes me smile every time. I had been eyeing this unit for quite a while, and I'm so glad I finally made the switch. The all-metal construction is a huge upgrade compared to the plastic of my old unit. The solid feel of the metal not only adds to its durability but also, I believe, enhances its overall performance. ### Rating Breakdown: - **Taste:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The enhanced carbonation levels significantly improve the experience. - **Ease of Cleaning:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The metal body makes it easy to wipe down before storage. - **Carbonation Capacity:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – This unit delivers higher carbonation levels while using less gas. - **Quality:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The metal construction feels sturdy and built to last. - **Size:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Like my previous unit, this one is quite tall and requires ample storage space. If there were one design improvement I’d suggest, it would be to allow the lever arm to fold down, reducing the required top clearance for storage. - **Weight:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – While heavier than plastic models, it’s by no means excessively heavy. Overall, this unit is a game-changer. If you're serious about carbonation, this is the one to get!

Love the appearance
I love the appearance of this soda stream knockoff. It makes seltzer water fine, although the fill level and needle length are not comparable to a soda stream so the bottles don’t seem to be interchangeable. Shortly after buying this, I realized I had an original soda stream with a spare dry large canister, so I plan to use it to make sparkling water until ice uses up that canister. My one peeve is that the air evacuates when you release the lever. I like to leave the air in the bottle for 30 secs or more to absorb all the CO2 and get supercharged before venting the bottle. Harder to do with this unit, but not impossible. I plan to keep it and use it after my sodastream runs out of gas. I have like a canister that’s 2-3x bigger than the norm these days.
