I've used headache cooling pads for about 20 years now. I've tried a lot of brands, some good, some not. These are not the worst ones I've purchased, but they are definitely on the bottom end.I love that they come individually packaged. In fact, of all the brands I've tried, these are the only ones that are that way, which is the main reason I didn't rate them lower. It makes NO SENSE to me that companies package 2 together, when you can only use 1 at at time.These do cool a bit, but it doesn't last long. You can see and feel that there is VERY LITTLE of the 'cooling gel' in them.These are less expensive than most, but they prove the old adage, "You get what you pay for".

These are much more convenient that a standard ice pack or cool washcloth. Not only do they stay cool for a long time, but they also stay put, so you don't have to worry about holding a cloth to your child's head. Also great for adults to use -- and I used them while gardening the other day to keep cool during a heatwave. And it worked!!

I’m sure these are great for what they are intended…but I bought them for a different purpose. My feet sometimes feel really hot so put them on the bottoms. They seem to work pretty well cooling my feet but they don’t seem to stay on very well and I am just lying down with them…just don’t move. I do recommend them though.

Terrible!! I bought this for my baby when he has fever as needed and it doesn’t stick well at all!! Quality terrible!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

These are cool when u put them on but it started to burn my eyes real quick and no I did not have it on my eyes it was on my forhead I would not use this on a child.

Doesn't work like the Japanese brand "Be Kool" This brand does not work like an exothermic reaction. Instead it's more like Icy Hot because of the menthol. I don't recommend to use on kiddos since it may cause burning sensation that they will not like. I used it for my jaw after oral surgery and it doesn't provide the comfort of an ice pack like it's supposed to do

Individual packing is good for long term use
