I've used headache cooling pads for about 20 years now. I've tried a lot of brands, some good, some not. These are not the worst ones I've purchased, but they are definitely on the bottom end. I love that they come individually packaged. In fact, of all the brands I've tried, these are the only ones that are that way, which is the main reason I didn't rate them lower. It makes NO SENSE to me that companies package 2 together, when you can only use 1 at at time. These do cool a bit, but it doesn't last long. You can see and feel that there is VERY LITTLE of the 'cooling gel' in them. These are less expensive than most, but they prove the old adage, "You get what you pay for".

Fonctionne super bien

Más allá de su uso terapéutico, a mí me sirve para refrescarme en las excursiones y salidas veraniegas. Un parche en cada muñeca, y las venas hacen como de 'radiadores' refrescando un poco todo el cuerpo. También sirve bajo la gorra (pero sólo si eres calvo, alguna ventaja debíamos de tener)
