Good quality and value for money but fitting requires great care.
Promptly delivered and good quality for the price. The only negatives is you really need to be spot on with drilling the mounting holes and if you're not it could be problematic The mounting arrangement is different from the instructions for their budget awnings on the Primrose website. The brackets are integral to the awning so there is no sideways leeway for error and no easy way of correcting it if you drill the hole even slightly off which is easily done with a 14mm drill. I drilled and fitted the top left bolt then mounted and marked up the top right using the actual awning as the template. When both those were in place I marked and drilled the two bottom bolts. I would strongly recommend against doing it by measuring tape as suggested in the instructions. Once up though it looks good and works well.

Delivered very quickly and works well
Used to shade patio doors and living room from the glare of the sun. It is vey effective and straightforward to fit, although really needs two people. Only criticism is that the screw fixings are poor and needs proper wall bolts but that does not significantly detract from the overall value for money of the canopy.

The problem was dealt with by the suppliers customer service
I had a poblem with the canopy failing on one side this tuned out to be a broken Bolt supporting the armHowever this could not have been invisaged by the Manufacturer and their customer service made up for the unforseen problem Dennis Ward

Tende da prezzo e qualità corrispondente. Non costano tantissimo e la qualità è quella che mi aspettavo. Fanno il loro dovere ma è ovvio che quelle che costano il triplo valgono anche il triplo. Il neo è stata la consegna in ritardo di 15 giorni, ma il distributore è molto cordiale.
