Love it!
We love our new faux fireplace! It is beautiful, easy to use with the remote control, looks well made and heats up the room well too. The only con is that since it’s an electric heater, it is a little noisy, but I’ve gotten used to the noise, that I don’t notice it anymore.

Beautiful Product
This fire place is a beautiful addition to our living room. It took about 4 hours to build, but it is very nice. The material is a little cheap and can get damaged if not taken care of, but I have had mine for almost 2 years now and it looks brand new.

CHEAP LOOKING
I bought this and had such high hopes and was so excited to put it up The white is just a paper surface and the wood (obviously not real wood) but is very cheap looking. The whole thing just looks cheap. Definitely not worth the money. I bought one from another buyer here Amazon for 1/3 the cost and it is 10 times better then this one!

Great overall!
I put this together myself and it took me a few hours to do by myself, but it was fairly easy to put together. I really like the aesthetics about it, it's clean and looks elegant. It is not too deep, so it saves on floor space and my husband and I are really impressed with the heating electric fireplace, it is not very strong, but being in Florida, we don't need a very strong heater :-) All in all, a good purchase, would definitely recommend!

Ridiculous refund period
The unit came broken, which I can understand, but the refund process is ridiculously long on this product. It's taking up to 3 weeks after the return hit UPS for the money to hit back to my account. Just a warning.

My husband just put this together for me! It took a little time, but it came with easy to follow instructions. It turned out beautiful and is working great so far!! So happy with this purchase!

The prettiest fireplace!!
The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is perfect! I love the aesthetic and the heating levels top it off. It even has a timer. The size of it is even amazing for the price. It was actually very easy to assemble for just 1 person. The only thing I wish it had so it could be a 10/10, is if it had an on/off fireplace crackling sound lol. Other than that...don't even hesitate to purchase!
