I got 2 of these bottles of 600ml for 207 rupees. This was 172.5/litre which is a steal deal! The quality is as good as any other branded fractionated oil but at much lower price.For those who are thinking it is virgin coconut oil, it is not. It is a fractionated coconut oil. Virgin oil is obtained from coconut milk and is very expensive. It was never traditionally used by Indians in the past but a modern trend. This oil is obtained from sun dried Copra being pressed to extract oil. The oil is further subject to cooling below 25 celsius whereby the fine oil stays liquid while the thicker oil solidifies at the bottom. The thicker oil is slightly yellow in colour which is sold as cooking oil in packets while the top layer thinner oil is colourless and sold as hair oils or as premium oil. The top oil also has much higher shelf life and gives much better taste while cooking. This oil along with other premium ones like Parachute are all made of the top fractionated layer of oil.
