Having dropped the stone plaque of my Tefal "Pierrade" I tried to get a replacement stone plaque but this proved impossible so I decided to buy a completely new one. The price of this is only slightly higher than the replacement stone plaque that I had tried to buy so I was pleased when it arrived that the quality is great. It has an adjustable heat so it's easy to control the cooking and avoid burning the food cooking on top or the melted cheese underneath. Great quality and good value

The picture showing sizing is misleading. I bought it because it was the biggest I could see, 600mm long. The photo isn’t clear, it’s 600mm INCLUDING the handles. The stone doesn’t totally sit flat on the unit and has some imperfections. The stainless steel unit is very easy to clean.

Really nice Raclette. 1500W is man enough to get the stone very hot indeed. Simple lines and easy to clean.If I have a gripe it's a small one. Its obviously and understandable designed for the European market and as such is built with aEuropean plug. This plug is mated with a UK converter which works just fine but is more bulky than it would be with a native UK plug.My gripe aside, I love this device,

Used twice. Heats up quickly and cooks meat and veg well on stone top which has been easy to clean so far. Appears robustly made. Good value

Wonderful! Great for round the table entertainment, getting people to cook their own makes life far less hectic. And really easy to clean afterwards.

Rock arrived cracked, couldn’t be return without sending the full machine , poor experience

I have used the Klarstein Schmelzlette Raclette 3 times, although the outcome of the product is good i.e. heats up the stone quickly and deliver a nice grilled meat, the stone has now shown three huge cracks which means it won't last. I have been very careful in looking after it and following cleaning instructions by the letter. I would love to continue using the product but without the stone it's as good as nothing. Even after I cleaned the stone the retained oil still scapes through the cracks which is a bit dangerous whilst using it. I would like the supplier to contact me to provide a new stone or I might have to return the product since it hasn't been one month yet from the purchase.

Das Gerät kam schnell und gut verpackt an. Das Edelstahlgehäuse sieht schick und wertig aus. Die Steinplatte ist wirklich schwer und die Griffe am Gehäuse sind äußerst praktisch, um das ganze sicher von einem Platz zum anderen zu transportieren.Die Familie und Verwandschaft sind vollkommen begeistert von dem schnellen und extrem heißen Raclette bzw. Steingrill. Die 1500 w machen sich besonders beim Raclette bemerkbar. Denn im Vergleich zu den alten Markengeräten, hat man gar nicht mehrere Pfännchen nötig bzw. keine Zeit, um sich ausgiebig zu unterhalten, weil der Käse sehr schnell knusprig braun wird, wenn man nicht aufpasst und das Gerät die ganze Zeit maximal heizt.Die Steinplatte finde ich persönlich am wichtigsten, weil ich es bevorzuge, mein Essen Teppanyaki-mäßig zu grillen. Da kann ich nur bestätigen, dass hier keine Rauchentwicklung ist wie bei den Teflongrillplatten. Steak kann man schon nach kurzer Zeit außen kross anbraten.Deshalb war auch der Tipp sehr gut, die eingebrannten Stellen mit dem Ceranfeldschaber zu entfernen. Denn ich hätte mich sonst nicht getraut damit herumzukratzen, aber es hat der Steinplatte überhaupt nicht geschadet und nur die Platte einzuweichen, reichte in unserem Fall leider nicht aus. Dafür ist sie jetzt wieder schön sauber und bereit für die nächste Racletteparty.

Il prodotto è fatto bene, corrisponde alla descrizione. L’ho usato per fare delle cene con amici mettendo a cuocere la carne, le verdure, il bacon, il formaggio raclette. Fa il suo lavoro, chiaramente non è una padella sul fuoco e quindi non ci si possono aspettare prestazioni di quel tipo, ci vuole del tempo per far cuocere i cibi.La lastra è molto pesante e difficile da pulire quando si cuoce la carne. Il colore della lastra è cambiato in alcuni punti dopo aver cotto la carne, è diventato marroncino ed è rimasto tale anche dopo averla pulita, ma credo sia normale. Ho riscontrato fin dal primo utilizzo delle crepe nella lastra che non si vedono quando si raffredda, ma solo quando è accesa e inizia a scaldarsi, perché si dilata. Spero che queste spaccature non si allarghino dopo diversi usi, altrimenti dovrò farne fare una su misura.
