I was influenced after seeing multiple social media videos about self waxing products. I have moderately sensitive skin but have been waxed professionally dozens of times. I figured this couldn't be very hard and I have a high pain tolerance. I watched every video, followed every instruction, and adhered to every guideline of good waxing. On my first few pulls one or two hairs came up but wasn't surprised that it took a moment to get into the swing of thing. Eventually, I got more hairs but never fully bare. I felt moderately satisfied. The issue came about a week later when I noticed the skin on my legs felt tight. Fast forward a week later, the ingrown hairs on my leg, particularly my shins, have caused so much pain that even having fabric rub against it burns. I rarely write reviews but hope this can help at least one person not have to go through this. I do not recommend this product

This works if you know how to use itScar the QR CODE and it gives you a videos explaining how to use it and it worked for me the only thing it doesn’t come with is the wax after care to take off the extra residue but I don’t mind

I’m not to sure if i’m using this wrong but I heated for more than enough time and it just didn’t work for me. I attempted about 4 times. Each time was painful and little to no hair was pulled out from my armpit. Will do research to find a better one.

The media could not be loaded.  It takes literally 20 seconds and the wax was ready! It rolls so smoothly!It removes the hair the first time you apply it.I have sensitive skin and I had zero reaction which was my main concern. So happy with this product!Would recommend without hesitation.Will buy again for sure!

Did not work at all.I put it in the heater for 2 hours and it didn’t work even though instructions said less than that. Then I put the pink wax in the microwave as instructed for length of time and it was too hot and still would not roll out. Waste of time

I really appreciate the seller taking the time to send a new wax since the one I purchased previously did not work well! Great customer service!
