How much does it cost to mail this to the recipient?

Post office charged me $9.55 per envelope to send this out. I said it indicates on the package it is 4 forever stamps. She said no, that the only way it will go out is to pay $9.55. So I mailed one for $9.55 and the other one I hand delivered to the recipient’s mailbox myself since it was in the same town anyways.

How do I include my name when sending directly to a loved one?

There's an option on the actual website for them to fill out the included card, but it costs $5 extra. I'm not sure that option is available on Amazon.

Where are they manufactured ?

I just happen to have a few of the Pop Up Flowers, Forever Flower Bouquets. I looked on the bouquets, front and back of the mailing envelope. The information I found is on the back of envelope just under the mailing label and above the bar code. It reads as follows: DESIGNED IN CONCORD MA, PRINTED IN CHINA I hope this helps answer your question.

Are instructions included on how to set them up?

Yes! There are instructions on the paper vase holding the flowers. They only need to be gently squeezed at the base to stand up.
