Sounds fantastic, exactly like the video
I received this today. The sound is perfect. This was the cheapest larger gong I could find. Unlike some other companies, the video changes for each gong and though the next smaller was 10 bucks cheaper, I appreciated the richer tone of this one. The one I received matches the tone of the product video and has lovely over/undertones as well.I received a small ribbon instead of a rope, but it does hold the gong fine. No probs with the mallet, either, and the bigger piece of red ribbon is lovely, if I ever decide to hang it.Very happy with this purchase, thank you!

Don’t like the mallet!
The gong is good but the mallet is lame and doesn’t work great!

The sound is perfect! I bought this for a place I volunteer so that we can chart our progress by gonging after we’ve done X amount up to completion. Makes for “extra fun” while volunteering especially on large projects!

Better than expected!
The gong is bigger than I expected and it was packaged nicely. I was impressed with how short the delivery time was.
