These are my favorite pads for almost 30 years. The only thing is the newer ones lately have some defects. Sometimes they have adhesive in the wrong place/ made defectively. This happens sometimes 0-2 out of a pack.

This is the original pad I used when I had endometrial cancer - surgery and radiation. The radiation was difficult and my bowels were effected. These pads gave me confidence that I would be able to deal with “accidents” The redesign pads have more plastic and are uncomfortable. I found these by luck and ordered as much as I could find

Though length isn't mentioned in the name, it may be what makes the rest about these work so well. These are the longest with the widest fronts and backs, best contours between, having the largest adhesive area of many, many tried that, besides giving better coverage, prevent edges from folding over or re-positioning and (unlike others that are 'longer' and just not - quite - long or wide enough in the right places) cutting into sensitive areas anywhere front to back . The overall size is by no means overwhelming, though, because the natural contouring is excellent. The shaping aligns with the proportions of real people and the pattern and lines of most undergarments and the generous, long, super soft thin wings can fold over to easily adjust for slight size differences. So these conform to both the wearer and the fit of the undergarment, making them barely perceptible and so comfortable! The absorption is exceptional for an ultra thin pad, even better than many standard thickness pads, without being overly drying when flow is lighter. Even with extended wear, these are not stiffling and there has never been any chaffing or excess moisture build up against skin. Even when there isn't heavy flow, these can be more comfortable than a smaller or lighter pad that can cut in at odd places and doesn't fully line the coverage area that these do.

For YEARS I have tried different pads, in attempt to not have to wear 'pons all the time. Don't want to get toxic shock syndrome. I am a heavy bleeder and have to change out ultras tampons every 1-2 hours bc of this.No pad has given me the security or coverage to be 'pon free until this one. It backs up my 'pons on heavy days, I am able to sleep soundly knowing there is no side spillage, it stays put/in place - even has sticky part for back wing extension part (which us SUPER helpful), has a pleasant fragrance and is really comfortable to wear. Not bulky, I use as day or night and have worn them out with tight jeans without issue.I even sat on my friends white leather couch last night, which I NEVER would have done in the past.If you want great comfortable spillage proof coverage, this is the one.
