I love the meds; they were fairly easy to swallow.

Evogen is a reputable company that makes high quality products for athletes. I'm probably outside their targeted audience for most of their products as I no longer go to the gym on a regular basis. However, this product is specifically for liver health and most of us can benefit from it. I mainly take milk thistle for liver health but this product has other supplements like TRAACS and TUDCA to help cleanse and protect the liver. The product is pretty expensive and is basically a 3 week supply (21 days supply with 4 capsules/day and 84 capsules per bottle). Part of it is getting this blend of supplements specifically designed to do it's job.I have not had any issues with taking this supplement. It does suggest taking the 4 capsules with 16 ounces of water (as opposed to 8 ounces like most others).

Look at my pics to read the back and side of the bottle. There you will find the ingredient list and serving size. Four capsules equals one serving for a total of 21 servings per bottle. The bottle says to take one serving with 16oz of water per day. NAC and milk thistle seem to be the main key ingredients. Tudca, artichoke, and molybdenum are also excellent imo. I think it's a good supplement, but the product page should really state the information on the bottle. Also, the current $49.95 price seems a bit high for only 21 servings, especially when these ingredients are not really that expensive. But if the product makes a difference for some people, then less than three dollars a serving is worthwhile and less than the cost of many pharmaceuticals and doctor's visits.

I've been taking this liver detox supplement for about a month now, and so far it has been working out well for me. I definitely feel better on the days that I take it (I feel more energetic). I haven't experienced any negative side effects and the capsules are of average size and are relatively easy to swallow. Thumbs Up on Liver Detox supplement.

The media could not be loaded. Good wholesome ingredients for detox. I personally can tell a difference with liver cleanse. Toxins seem to make me feel blaaaa. I’m 52 and exercise 6 days a week. This is a wholistic approach to my health routine.Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

I take a Milk Thistle & N-Acetyl L-Cysteine supplement daily for liver detox and health.This Evogen Liver Longer has 3X the amount of Milk Thistle and 22X the amount of N-Acetyl L-Cysteine I would normally take. It also contains TUDCA, Blueberry Fiber Powder, Artichoke Leaf Extract, and Molybdenum. The directions call for a 4 capsule dose and this bottle is only a 21 day supply.I'm only taking 1 Capsule of this with another Milk Thistle supplement I use to get me closer to my normal daily dose. My perspective is This product seems more geared to someone wanting to do a serious short term liver detox routine than as a daily maintenance supplement.
