The material is good for being just half an inch. Based on some of the other reviews saying that the material's odor was terrible, I expected something pungent. However, upon receiving mine, I can say that it didn't bother me much. That being said, this item suffers from quality control. Three of the corners measured exactly half an inch. The last corner came in a bit under half an inch as shown in the pictures. Which leads me to believe you're not getting and even half inch across the entire surface of the material. It's a minor complaint but it's something you should probably know.

I bought this item for my daughter that spends her day in a wheelchair and battling skin breakdown. It has been amazing. Her leg has healed and she states it the most comfortable she has been in her seat. I wish it had come with a cover but I just placed a pillowcase on it. I also wish it was thicker but it does the job so no worries. Will be ordering another one for her. Very pleased with this purchase!

It was quite what I was looking for but it was fine. A little softer than what I thought it would be. But service was fast and accurate

I thought i was getting a deal for the price but when i received the product it wouldn't cover my pillow let alone my bed. I wanted a mattress pad but received a throw pillow size piece of memory foam.

Not as expected...this was a recommended product to buy for children's craft projects (squishie making). Definitely not as expected for that purpose. Would be good as a pillow or cushion filler but not as a craft project.

So far this product has performed to expectations, I use it to reline slippers and it is perfect for it. I have nothing negative to say.

I actually ended up returning it because it has no cover.

Taped these to the top of crutches for my son to make them more comfortable. Was perfect!
