This is a go-to, everyday
Tastes great, I drink 32 oz everyday. Older people get dehydrated so easily, you just don't get as thirsty, you don't bother to drink H2O, other drinks tend to dehydrate. When I have blood drawn, I can tell if I am dehydrated, it goes much smoother when your veins are plumper, from hydration. This works & is pleasant tasting special the lemon. Also, your brain gets foggy from dehydration.

Great!
In this hot weather, I've been guzzling water but some flavoring is nice. These aren't too sweet, although I do use them at about half strength.

Husband is a Fan • Contains Dextrose
I’ll give it 4 stars because my husband is a big fan of these electrolyte packets; he really likes the flavor, used them all up within a couple of weeks.Since I live a clean low carb/keto lifestyle, these don’t work for me because they contain dextrose, it’s the first ingredient and that ingredient really messes with my blood sugar levels; I’ve been avoiding it for years.

Good flavor, convenient for on-the-go
These taste MUCH better than another electrolyte powder I tried, possibly because this one contains real sugar and stevia, whereas the other one contained just a high amount of stevia. I do think this one still tastes too sweet, but I just diluted it with more water than the packet called for and then it tasted fine. I appreciate the single-serve packets that make it easy to keep these with you and make them on the go. And only 20 calories per serving -- great!

HydraLyte Electrolyte Powder Packets - good taste
I really enjoy the taste of this drink mix. I am not huge fan of lemon lime, but thought I would try these out. I like that they are not overly sweet like so many packets are. Most of these types of drink mixes are so sweet I can only use half the packet, but this one I could easily dump the entire thing in my drink (I actually used 16oz instead of the recommended 8) and it was great. So I guess if you like super sugary sweet stuff, this would not be for you. But if you are like me and just like to add a bit of flavor to your water, these are perfect.

Flavor is odd
I was excited to try this as I like the effervescent Hydralyte tabs. I thought the flavor would be like the tabs, but nope.Pros: Dissolves completely as vs. the effervescent tabs. No B vitamins.Cons: Weird flavor/aftertaste. It seems more orangey than lemon-lime. It is also, kind of an unfortunate shade of yellow, tbh.

Simple Ingredients, Nice Flavor
This is a nice electrolyte drink. I like that the ingredients are straightforward. I like that it combines real sugar with stevia to provide a balanced sweetness. At the suggested amount of 8 ounces of water, it has a strong but good flavor with a nice bit of sparkle. I generally prefer 2 packets in my 40-ounce water bottle with some ice for drinking throughout the day to air in hydration and recovery from sweaty workouts.Overall, I'm happy with the "HydraLyte Electrolyte Powder Packets | Sparkling Lemon Lime Hydration Packets | Fast Dissolve Electrolyte Powder for Rehydration Solutions | Low Sugar Hydration Powder Packets (8 oz Serving, 20 Count)".

light and refreshing
I usually don't choose lemon/lime for my flavored drinks, but I actually kind of like this one. I like having hydrating drink packets on hand because I don't always keep up on my water intake, and these are also great the next day after having a few adult beverages the night before. I prefer my water flavoring to be on the weaker side, so I usually only use half a packet of most brands/flavors. However, this one I was able to use the whole packet and still got that light flavor that I was seeking.I wouldn't say this turns a flat beverage into a carbonated one, but there is an effervescent ingredient that makes it fizz when adding the powder to the water. It's a lot like alkaseltzer cold medicine in how it fizzes and is also pretty similar in taste to that as well. Note: if you are going to add this to a prefilled store-bought water bottle, I recommend taking a drink out of the bottle first. Otherwise, it will start to bubble up and fizz out of the opening due to the effervescent ingredients.
