This isn't my first purchase from Dreo and it won't be my last. Everything this company makes is fantastic, priced right and their app is probably the best there is in the home automation industry. I bought this fan to use with my bike trainer to keep me cool on indoor rides. It's ideal for this use because it's small, it packs a punch with air flow and it can be tilted to point at my head/torso while riding. But the bonus feature is that it's wifi and integrates with Home Assistant. I was able to create an automation within Home Assistant to adjust the fan speed based on my heart rate while I'm riding with Swift. This allows me to accomplish what the Wahoo KICKR Headwind does ($299) for $80. But the bonus is that this DREO Smart Fan has nearly double the air flow capacity of 853 CFM vs the KICKR Headwind at 456 CFM. It's also smaller in form factor, has more precise directional control than the KICKR Headwind. This fan rocks on so many levels. If you're looking for a bike fan, this thing is perfect. And if you don't want to create fancy automations, just use the remote!

After using those cheap but functional vortex fans you buy at any store, this is quite the upgrade. First, the amount of air this fan moves is far superior, and the build quality is evident. This model is the perfect size for a single room and gets the air moving very well. Though I did not buy the fan for its oscillation feature, the fact that it does it is very nice. It's not extremely heavy or cumbersome so it can be moved around if needed easily. I mainly wanted the added feature of a remote, but the fact that you can control this fan with your Alexa or Google device is amazing! Remotes can get lost; chances are your Alexa dot is going to stay right where it is! This was so easy to set up, within 10 minutes of unboxing, it was setup and functioning normally. GREAT product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love Dreo products and highly recommend this one as well. Not too big but also not tiny. It cools off a larger space than you'd probably think. Easy to control with remote and app. Dreo customer service is also top notch if you ever need them.

This fan has got it all.I bought mine "used" in good condition. Sold and shipped by Amazon, and I see not one imperfection on it.I bought this to replace a floor fan that had taken its final breath. I was a little wary of the small size, because I needed this fan to move a lot of air. It's beginning to warm up where I am and temperatures reach ,118°> and my portable AC does cool it down, but it doesn't move a lot of air.When I got my box, and opened it up, it was packaged very nicely. It came with the remote, all the paperwork, and there was no assembly required. Just plug and go.I downloaded the Dreo app, and shortly after using it I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth it is. All of the features it has. I feel spoiled! I was a bit confused about whether or not both oscillating modes were automatic or manual. Turns out the vertical 120° is manual, but it moves smoothly, and clicks securely into one of 3(?) positions.I turned the fan on after getting it all set up to my liking and played with the features. I was instantly surprised at the amount of air this little guy moves. I have it 8-9 feet away from my bed, and I get a nice gently breeze on the 2nd power setting.The ability to set a timer is good to have. They also have 4 different "breeze" modes that allow the fan to switch itself between the 4 power settings to simulate a "breeze".For $60, this fan is so much more than just an office desk fan. Small in size, MIGHTY in performance, and a STEAL for the price.

Good fan. It is very quiet on level 1! We've had it for more than a week and it's stayed quiet unlike another more expensive vornado fan we bought. No mechanical or electrical sound to it at all. I am very happy with it. My only complaint is that the buttons on the base are smooth touch buttons instead of a physical button We have it on top of a dresser and I cannot see the button markings as it's above my head. It does have a remote which I use instead.

I needed something that small but packed a lot of power for my bedroom in my RV. This fan is perfect for the small space and it has a lot of power. My room can get very hot but this helps circulate the air and pulls in the cool air from the living area of my RV. I love the smart controls on the fan, I don't have to get up to turn it on/off or adjust the fan. I found the perfect fan for my RV.

So, let me start by saying finding a fan is the worst task ever(everyone is overpriced for mostly junk). We have no ac as the whole hvac system is getting replaced in our home. I bought two of these fans for like $68 each plus tax. What a JOKE!! 70ft? 80ft? Try less than 6 ft. You literally have to stand or have it directly aimed at you a just few feet away for any form of cooling down. Terrible for hot houses/no ac. Does it move the air? Of course it does. Just in a very sad & pathetic way for how much money these things were($35 would be the true price for type of air flow I’m getting). What I’m truly aggravated with is the fact this company sells another one that looks exactly like this, but it’s 12 wind speeds, not 4 wind speeds!!! And it’s like $20-$30 more. Are you kidding me?? I will return these pathetic fans and be purchasing the other model. It truly angers me I wasted my time & energy buying these ones. I would like to go with another brand, but at this point I’m not even going to hassle with that and getting another crappy one to then replace with a better model. Please fix your marketing & show people how the fan works!!! What a waste of your companies time too. Truly disappointing and the only reason I’m staying with this brand is because I have high hopes for 12 speeds over 4 speeds. I will be reviewing that one too & try to update this review if it truly better, or if the brand sucks in general(for no ac/hot houses).You can bet money I will be returning everything from this brand if the other model does not live up to my expectations.
