Hi guys, So I'm new to the marine world I was a bit hesitant I'm worried that this would be a little bit hard to put together but when it came it came assembled and ready to use.so the product came worked beautifully but then one of the pressure sensors went. Amazon. I believe has the best customer support team in the world. I ever have experienced and will continue to. I cannot think of any other company that goes out way to help a customers.Then have VYAIR highly skillful team member calling me back out of hours to go through stage by stage problem shooting which leads us to the pressure sensor which was sent to me the very next morning. from start to finish this has to be the best online shopping experience I've had.thank you

Unfortunately this arrived damaged beyond repair

Okay, old ones better, get less!
No manual flush as stated, contacted vyair they said it flushes ro 1 minute before and 1 minute afterwards, which isn't enough, no it doesn't, 10 seconds before and that's it! Cheap RO filters means it burns through resin, come out at 12 TDs, old one comes out at 2 TDs, so will have to upgrade the RO filters at £70 cost! Spectrum ro filters are 99% waste hence 2-3 TDs, these pre installed are 96.5 so rubbish! Standards gone to pot!Everything is below par these days!

Damaged
Second time purchasing this item but when the product arrived it was damaged at the pump, the transformer had come loose and seems to have pulled at a wiring box, also the mounting plate is damaged and bent.

very good unit ,output is high especially with the pump. customer support is fantastic , had a broken connector on arrival and they sent out a new set the very same day , makes my life easier for water changes on my aquarium.

Not sure what the water taste like I use my filter for window cleaning and I am delighted with the results 100% pure water

Better tasting clarified water
Few gremlins at the start sorted out.Excellent water improving product with a mineraliser when joined to a small storage vessel which ups the flow of water.
