Garden State Bulb Rainbow Mix Gladiolus Flower Bulbs, 10/12cm, Spring Planting (Bag of 50)

I needed some color to grow behind my small azaleas. I put down cardboard and landscape rocks for weed block. Then moved rocks and cut holes in cardboard. Using my bulb drill bit, I made holes for 7-8 bulbs and cover them back up with dirt. Several days later, I realized I planted them upside down. Afraid that using the drill bit would destroy the bulb, I use it small hand shovel. I never found about half of them, so I just added another, planted the right side up. They are both coming up. I can't wait to see them bloom.

These are great.. Not all of them have bloomed yet, but i'm optimistic. Plus it gave me enough bulbs to share with a neighbor😁

The bulbs came packed and labeled. They are inconsistent in size, which concerns me, but I can not speak on the results until they actually start to bloom. Just planted them, so we will see.Some of the bulbs are much smaller than I've seen before, for a Gladiolus bulb that is. Some of them also seemed dried out, so I am not hopeful that those will bloom. Only time will tell
