It works very good.
I am glad to be mobile. I can use it in the house or outside. It works well in the stores. It folds up nicely to put it in the car, and is very light. It also works in the lawn, but I wish that it had a little more power for off pavement. The battery seems to last well. The only thing that I wish is that there was a way to attach a basket or something. Overall I am very happy with it.

The biggest rip off ever
Everything about this chair is no good from the foot rest the arm rest the motors the weight the battery the power the seat cushion everything is crap. Its like bc they got the parts from a dollar store the wheels are from a stroller the batterie holds power up to about 3 miles then completely dies after being fully charged seat is so uncomfortable it's like sitting on a steel bar it has no power it doesn't ever turn in the direction i want to go it gets stuck on everything it is slow most of the time especially on sidewalks even worse sidewalks you cross driveways it will roll right into the street when you cross the drive way even turning it on it beeps extra loud wakes up my family i can go on and on about how bad this machine is oh it suppose to wheigh 40lbs that's wrrong to it's more like 50 lbs and peices keep falling off and breaking off ive had it less than 3 weeks and it was awful the first few days i wanted to return it but already a small wheel fell off of it the first time i took it out and so i couldn't return it. I hate it. I feel like I've never been more ripped off in my life and i don't have another $1000 to buy a different chair and i need one i hope whoever is considering buying one of these sees this review and takes it seriously into consideration before you waste your money on this pos

Astounded at the quality and convenience.
We ordered this to replace my wife's chair, but it sits a few inches higher and she's uncomfortable with it, so we GIFTED it to someone who desperately needed one. I was so impressed that I ordered TWO MORE so we can gift them to others who need them.

Wife can handle it easily and I love the manual mode so I can handle her in a crowded place
Wife cannot walk without holding to a walker or me. This chair gives her ability to have her freedom. She is 85 and we can use all the help we can get these days.

Piece of junk
This is the worst piece of junk I have ever purchased. I am confined to a wheel chair and was hoping thiswould give me the ability to get around much better but hasn't because it doesn't work half the time. I thought it might straighten itself out after some use but it hasn't. Thus I cannot send it back as the time has expired Will never purchase anything again from you.

Kinda light
comfortable. Lighter than most chairs. Stick controller takes getting use to. When extended, latch auto locks.

Unsafe on public sidewalks
PLEASE READ! We got this primarily for travel, but also for use around town as I can walk, but only short distances. At first we were happy with it, and it was good in the airport. HOWEVER, in London it became apparent that this is NOT safe. When you go straight and pass by a ramp on the sidewalk, the chair loses complete control, unable to break or turn, and goes down it, into the street. I had to stop myself by quickly lifting my legs and bracing on a pole! All sidewalks have ramps, so it lost control constantly, nothing helped. I had to either go down the ramp and into the street and back up the ramp on the other side, or put it in manual and my husband push. This was a hassle, yes, but more importantly, VERY VERY dangerous. If I didn’t have use of my legs, and not all do, I really could have been run over. It was truly alarming. I keep wondering how it’s even legal to sell it like this. What if I were a person with a more disabling disease? Or elderly? Or a child? Someone could really be hurt! We had it less than a month and returned it after much hassle, but still had to pay a re stocking fee. I can’t overstate the loss of control on those uneven surfaces. I hope this helps someone.
