We bought a baby monitor from you. It turned out to be completely non-functional, the battery on the device does not charge, and the device does not receive communications in neighboring rooms. Nothing works. Please make a return.

I received this as a gift and didn't have the order number or invoice. Contacted support went to and fro with the issue and eventually they refused to replace the monitor or send any part that could fix the issue as I didn't have the invoice even though the manufacture date on the box is Oct 2022. Wouldn't recommend.

I had the original monitor for years. Using it daily and nightly. Eventually I had an issue with the monitor, and the company sent me a whole new set free of charge. I could not be happier with the outcome, and they were great and easy to communicate with. I could not recommend it enough to people!

Funciona perfecto, la calidad de la imagen y el zoom son muy buenos, el sonido también muy bueno. Las configuraciones algo confusas pero al final todo quedó listo.

Update: The company reached out to me and sent a replacement camera and monitor. Set the monitor up over the weekend and it is working great! Quick response to my review and very willing to fix the problem. We are enjoying this camera again.This is a great little camera. Helps us keep an eye on the 94 yr old MIL. We love it, however after about a month or so of use, the monitor stopped connecting. IF it connects, it will only do so for about 1-3 minutes, then drops connection. Completely defeats the purpose of having the monitor available at home. The only way to view the camera is through the app on the phone. So for monitoring during the day, I must have the app open on my phone or I don't know what is going on. I specifically chose this one because it had both the monitor AND the app available. I have reset the camera, reset the monitor anything I can find or think of and no luck. Even registered the warranty twice and sent a message stating that the monitor isn't working and no response.Get it. It's great, just don't depend on the monitor.

This is my 3rd baby monitor for 1 baby. I’ve never had such a problem with monitors before. I’ve had 4 babies and it’s like non of the monitors this time around are worth anything. I’ve tried a variety of price points $200 and under. My baby is 1 but his room is on the opposite side of the house. Thankfully I can hear him cry from my room because that’s how we usually hear him not the monitor that is on my nightstand. Originally picked this one because of its range and good reviews. I like the app but it doesn’t stay on like a monitor so I can’t use that in place of it. The monitor never holds a charge so for it to kind of work I have to leave it plugged in at all times. I’ve tried charging it while it’s off to see if that helps but it doesn’t. The plug is loose and I’m finally just so over fighting this monitor I’m writing this to save someone else. Didn’t start having problems until it was too late to return and I’m tired of buying new ones essentially just to throw them away. The first was a gift and most expensive we didn’t open it til it was too late to return, the second one did not work with the distance. We live in a rural area but our wifi works just fine, my robot vacuum never has a problem, 5 kids with tons of streaming and no problems. The picture quality is good. I put in a sd card but it still tells me on the app that I need to insert one. I don’t have time to fight with these things that are supposed to be helpful to us.

Very impressed with this product. I love that you can use both the app and the actual monitor, and both actually work very well. The video quality is actually really great, and we’ve tried quite a few baby monitors, this has been the clearest picture both day and night. Very easy to set up, easy to maintain, customer service is fantastic even just to set up the warranty. When we experienced problems, customer service was so quick to respond, send trouble shooting tips and help us figure out the problem. When we discovered the hardware problem they sent us a replacement so quickly. They have been wonderful to work with and we love the monitor. Great option for a baby monitor!
