Excellent Carrier 2 T 3-star split AC.
I had this AC in my hall, and the cooling is excellent with very little noise. Carrier Company makes great ACs. The service boys from the company were quick in installation.

Damaged Product, Poor Seller Support, and Terrible Amazon Customer Service
I recently purchased a Carrier AC 2 Ton unit, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I received a damaged product, and despite numerous attempts to get a resolution, both the seller and Amazon customer support have been utterly unhelpful.1. Damaged ProductWhen I received the AC unit, I immediately noticed visible damage to the box, and after unpacking, it was clear the product itself was also damaged. The unit had dents and scratches, and it seemed like it had been mishandled during shipping. I expected better quality control and packaging for an expensive product like this.2. Unresponsive SellerAfter noticing the damage, I contacted the seller hoping for a prompt resolution, such as a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately, I received no support from the seller. They were unresponsive to my emails and phone calls, leaving me with no choice but to escalate the issue to Amazon customer service.3. Amazon Customer Care – A Complete DisappointmentI expected Amazon to be more proactive in resolving this issue, given their reputation for customer service. However, three months have passed, and I am still waiting for a resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, Amazon has failed to provide any concrete solution, such as a refund or replacement. I have been stuck in a loop of generic responses with no real action being taken.4. Frustration and InconvenienceThe lack of support from both the seller and Amazon has been incredibly frustrating. Not only am I out of the money spent on a faulty product, but I’ve also been left without the air conditioner I paid for during peak summer months. The entire experience has been stressful and time-consuming, and I’m highly disappointed in the lack of accountability from both parties.5. Final ThoughtsI do not recommend purchasing this product from Amazon, especially if you value reliable customer service and a smooth return or exchange process. The Carrier AC 2 Ton might be a good product, but my experience with it has been marred by poor service, and the damage upon delivery has only added to the misery.I hope that someone from either the seller or Amazon steps up to resolve this issue, but at this point, I’m left feeling like my concerns are being completely ignored. Buyer beware – make sure to check reviews and ensure your product is thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Smooth installation, reliable cooling so far.
I have only had this for a few hours but it looks great and is cooling the place well. The technicians were quick and very accommodating. The noise level is a tad high at higher fan speeds but not a problem.

Poor Service
I Have Purchase Carrier 2 Ton 3 Star AI Flexicool Inverter Split AC in Aug -23. It stop working after 6 months & i have raised compliant against the same many times. Servic Engineer of Carrier Mr. Lalit Kumar Visited an said some part of AC is not working and he will visit against with that part but till date no one come again & i have raised compalint many times. i personally suggest not to purchse any electronic product of carrier
