The laptop was not as specified! It says QHD 240hz and the one I recorded was FHD 165hz! And there was an issue in BIOS!

Complete electrical failure
Only 3 months after purchase the laptop just failed electrically (sudden shutdown with no more power or charging light when plugged) and does not turn on anymore.
