Please pay attention to the size of this bottle, it’s quite small at around 3.5 ounces. If one compares to professional products this is pretty on par ounce of ounce price so it’s a fair value. The small bottle has a pump dispenser which leaves something to be desired. Unlike many there are not clear arrows to open and close it. Additionally, it doesn’t pop up significantly as most do. In fact, after spinning and spinning and spinning both directions to no avail, I pulled slightly and the pump came right off. Surprisingly and thankfully, when I shoved it back on it actually started pumping properly. Maybe I’m just challenged but I did not find this intuitive, seems like a poor design. At this price, the bottle should be higher quality! The product itself is a quite lightweight white conditioner. It’s the kind that seems like it melts into your hair. Like you can barely feel it’s there once applied. I let it sit 3 minutes (probably a few more while I finished up my shower activities) as directed. Rinsed with cool water and styled normally. I found my hair to be shiner and generally healthier looking without being weighed down. I’m not sure if this product is bandaid as protein products are or something that can truly repair. Bond builders are the only ones that can really repair. The product uses the word bonding but I’m not sure it falls under that umbrella. While the packaging of the product is sub par, I find the product on the whole to be of high quality so far. Too bad it’s such a small bottle. It will go quickly for us girlies with long dry/damaged hair.
