The bottle looks half empty. Is this a manufacturing defect?

Both the 30ML and 50ML products contain the correct amount of liquid. The bottle is simply larger than the actual product volume. As shown on the product detail page, our machines accurately measure the weight of each product to ensure no defects.

There is no Safety Seal. Is this a used product?

No, it is not. To protect the environment, we are reducing unnecessary packaging, and the removal of the Safety Seal is part of this effort. Even without a Safety Seal, the packaging is designed to be sturdy and not easily opened.
