Solid Tile Backer Board Washers easy to apply well made

Package arrived quickly.Up to other washers I have used these are poor quality, the material used is thin which can bend the washer when it is screwed tight. Some were rusty and some are not round, part of the washer has been cut with a flat on one edge (probably the edge of the material when they are stamped out on the punching machine)

Used to screw backer board to stud work,makes it easier to apply.

We were fitting our underfloor heating boards and ran out of washers, delivered next day, bent easy but along as you were delicate with them they were fine. Value fir money as found these were cheaper.

I have been tanking out my bathroom, and ordered these fixing disks. The first order was fine (as shown in the description) and I used more than expected so I ordered a second bag. Well these were rubbish and only just suitable for the job in hand. I found I had to hammer these flat and they bent much to easily. I was very disappointed.

Unable to use product for job item was purchased for - poor quality , very thin and soft bendable material

So thin that they bend when the screw is tightened, I measured them at 0.2 mm thick. Unusable junk sadly.
