Review: Broke after two days. - It worked for two days then would not turn on anymore at all after the red star started flickering then completely went off and wouldn’t turn back on. Quite disappointed really because it was really useful for the two days I had it and then it broke when I really needed it to work for babies night feed. Struggled for the rest of the night having to use the microwave to heat milk up and guess how long and test the milk rather than use the one shot method with the cooling flask for perfect milk temperature and fresh bottles rather than fridge stored after prep. Applied for a replacement hopefully it doesn’t break again once the defective one is replaced.

**Q: Can the digital lid be fully submerged in water**
A: I was cleaning it with cold sterilisation as required and after that the lid stopped working (showed only a blue star all the time)

**Q: Can breastmilk be use in either of these?**
A: I would say black flask it keeps it right temperature comes out as

**Q: How can I tell how much hot water I am using**
A: There is a dial in it that you can fill it up to holds up to 8oz of water

**Q: Has anyone mastered the art of screwing the digital top onto the black flask to test that the water is hot enough to make a feed?**
A: No!! I have only managed it once without hot water leaking all over me 😪 

But have found that the water does stay hot enough in the black flask for atleast 3 hours (tested with a non contact thermometer in the early days). So now just generally pour into the white flask and use if within 3/4 hours.

A must have, brilliant bit of kit for on the go with a baby. One bottle stores boiling hot water. I must add that this truly keeps water at a high temp for a very long time. 24 hours later and the water was still warm inside. The other one cools the water and milk formula to the correct temp so you can feed your baby within minutes. It will do all the work for you and indicate via a colour light exactly when the formula is safe to use and feed to your baby at the perfect temp. You do need to prep a little and make sure you have milk and bottles ready. But when you are out on in the go, these make milk prep so much easier and quicker.
