I patiently waited a long time for arrival. The presentation box was nice, but the ceramic bowl is of a good quality, but unfortunately it's too small and will only hold enough liquid for a small cup of tea. Not enough space to hold liquid for a regular sized mug. This was a major disappointment considering the expense, and it's difficult to find any other matcha bowls with a handle attached to avoid burning your fingers when pouring the matcha tea into a cup. Also liquid spilt all down the side and onto the worktop and floor when I tried to pour the tea into a cup. The other utensils included in the box (the chasen and strainer) are built of good quality materials and are useful, but the main reason I bought this was for the bowl with a handle.
