Q: Is this burner suitable for use indoors with adequate ventilation?

As far as I am awere, there is any restriction or limitation on indoor use. However I am not sure I would. It also depends whether this is a one off use, under constant surveillance for (say) 20 min or whether is supposed to be be regular long term use.

Q: Is it suitable for indoor gas/the same gas used for kitchen hobs and ovens? Or will I need a converter?

We only use our gas wok Burner. Out side be safe. Gas bottle.

Q: What is the limit on the width of the cooking pot to be used on it? Could you use 1 metre wide pan on it or does the plastic pipe burn?

I use a cadac paella pan on it 43cm diameter and that’s about the limit otherwise you can’t get to the valves to shut off/ turn down the gas Very good burner though, I use it all the time.
