I bought this for my recent foot/ankle surgery and it was a lifesaver in helping me get my leg elevated and staying comfortable. It had the perfect design and the handles were so convenient in helping to move it from space to space. Shaped out great after coming vacuum packed. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

I purchased this leg wedge for better elevation and comfort after surgery on my ankle and I’m so glad I did! I switched between it and a regular pillow at first to see which was more comfortable and this is by far the winner. The dip holds your leg stead and I could even comfortably sleep using it. The only reason I didn’t give this a full 5 starts is because the cover is a thinner material that had snagged very easily from the Velcro of my boot causing some holes in it. If you had just a cast or a boot with Velcro more just on the front it would be just fine but unfortunately mine go around the sides and back causing the fabric issues.

An absolute must after hip surgery. Made sleeping so much better. I cannot recommend this product enough.

3 out of t, definitely would have been 5/5 if it wasn't for the foam giving out when the additional weight of my leg brace was added on...I had a kneecap realignment surgery done and honestly the leg brace is heavy!!- this wedge would work great with someone that has less weight on them. It is more compact in design. I wouldn't recommend this for a surgery recovery pillow but more for a ankle sprain or facture that you can remove the brace for. Me?- I cannot remove my brace for a period of time post-op and it shows on the pillow. Maybe a child or teenager or a small adult but definitely not built for larger people. BUT with all that said: The height, lightweight design, the wedge to the thought and up to knee is perfect!! I probably will have to see if the same company makes a larger wedge that is built just a little bigger and more sturdy.

UPDATE: After my first review I did not return the product, after a few hours I realized because it is a memory foam you should give the product a few hours or day to form to size. The cover is no longer too bad and is a perfect fit. I gave it to my move and she loves it. I received the item after a delivery issue with Amazon. When I opened the package to my surprise and disappointment it was nothing what I ordered. The pillow was flat, barely elevated and the cover was way bigger than the pillow. I am not sure what happened with this item, maybe it was defective but I am going to send it back.
