Excellent..for a moment
Very powerful....but customer service was absolutely terrible, called 3 separate times, was on hold then hung up on, janky front wheel assembly, weak plastic holding the axle for front wheels, belt to spin blade came off 3rd time using it

It's junk
It's junk. Both fromt wheels broke. Got it to start which was surprising. It's very week on power, also would stop running after a few minutes and did not want to start after that... don't buy this POS

Works Well!
This mower works very well for the cost and is powerful enough to work through my tough lawn. It came almost fully assembled and runs surprisingly quiet for gas mower. I would recommend this for anyone just starting out and that wants to get the job done without putting a huge dent in the wallet.

Tough but fragile
Easy to put together and instructions easy to follow. Started right up and I put through a through stress test. Due to recent rains and working out of town. My lawn was severely overgrown. The powerplant was more then suitable to handle the tasl but some design flaws showed up quick. The motor never bogged or choked down. The only thing was the side chute kept falling off . Which resulted in me mowing it over. The rear drag skirt kept falling off. But reparable with some zip ties. Overall I like it for the price I paid and hopefully the company decides to improve their engineering flaws. I'd buy from Power smart again just for the power it has to offer in such a small package.

Cheap
I got this mower yesterday, it took 21 trys to get it started. It cut very well, but its really cheaply made. Way to much plastic wheels flaps etc. The pull cord is like a shoe string, the hand rails is a cheap very thin metal. The back bottom flap broke the first use. Not to mention the fumes that it emits. But it cuts well. Im worried that its not going last unless I'm very gentle with it. Have not decided if I'm going to keep or return. I have 30 days.

Used once and it broke
I used this mower one time on grass that was not long, on a flat yard, about 1/8 an acre and the front wheel cracked and fell off. Also the blade sounds like it’s loose-it’s making a ton of noise. The quality doesn’t feel near as good as my Troy built mower that just died after many years of use. I wrote the company to ask for a new wheel. At first the company wrote me back and offered a full refund which I accepted but the next day they requested a picture of the wheel before replacing it. I’m planing to return this mower and buy something different at Home Depot.

GREAT
Got this for my husband and I don't know bout y'all that bought this. But let me just start by saying it came 3 days early. It started on the first pull and we've owned several push mowers and this is one of the quietest mowers I think he has ever owned. Only thing wrong with it is the custion on the mower handle was a little torn but has nothing to do with how it runs. If this guy ever has any more of these in stock I think we're planning on getting another for a backup mower. Thank you. Oh and let me add GREAT on gas!

Run away
We purchased this lawn mower on May 17, 2023. By early August, it wouldn't start. First, my husband tried contacting customer support. When he couldn't get any response, I began contacting them last week. A 3 year manufacturer warranty is only as good as the manufacturer and their customer service. We could never reach them by phone, and we stayed on hold for an hour at a time. After wasting hours trying reach them by phone, we went to the manufacturer website. There were two email addresses listed for those who had bought the product on Amazon. I sent the email, and received a prompt reply the next day. I replied with all the necessary information within hours of receiving the email on Thursday last week. I still have not received a reply. I am usually very merciful because things break and every single product doesn't always live up to our expectations, but when the company doesn't stand behind their product, I have no desire to purchase from that company any longer. It is not just about the expense and the faulty product, but my time has value also. They have wasted too much of my resources for me to recommend their products to anyone.
