Q: What are the ingredients?

Active ingredients are resorcinol 2%, sulfur 8%. Inactive ingredients are alcohol 15% (w/w), bentonite, carbopol, fragrance, iron oxides, octoxynol-9, potassium hydroxide, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide, water. It also says on the box: "Questions? Call 1-800-331-0221."

Q: What does "tinted" mean, and is there a non-tinted version?

It is tinted. It will cover up acne like concelor. It may be too dark for some but better than bright red zit showing.

Q: Does Acnomel stain fabrics?

I have been using it for many years. It has not stained pillow cases or clothes. I use Spray and Wash on fabric to help it wash out. My husband ruined leather coat and polos using peroxide base acne meds. So I was glad to find Acnomel.
