I originally bought a Fitbit Versa Lite because I am not tech savvy and only wanted one to tell time and count steps. When the Fitbit came in it would not work except on the charger. I contacted support, they were nice and helpful but the watch was defective. After some research I found out Fitbit has quite a bit of problems so I went with the Samsung Galaxy watch 5 44mm. I was nervous it would be hard to use and it was not at all. The watch started up immediately and was very easy to sync to the phone app. The screen size is nice. The instructions were simple. Even though I didn't originally want all the extras I am enjoying them. In the app, you can customize your face watch in so many ways. I have mine set up to have battery life, steps, date and time on front. You can change the background color, font color, and many different options on backgrounds and personalization. Navigating the watch is easy as well and it looks nice. I changed out the watch band with a different color and it was easy to do. Its not as light to wear as Fitbit but doesn't feel heavy either. The only complaint is the battery life. I set the watch on battery saving mode (it still allowed texts and phone calls to come in and counted steps) the watch lasted about 2 and half days before needing to be charged again. I heard the Fitbit's can go a full week. That's the only complaint I have about the watch. I had other watches that were off brand smart watches. It use to really bother me that when I would drive my car it would keep counting steps on the watch. The Samsung does not do that at all. It only counts the steps you actually walk!

I love this watch! This is my third Galaxy Watch. And my second that was refurbished. I am thoroughly impressed. The watch arrived with 0 scratches in perfect condition. Functionally, it works like a brand new watch. My only complaint, which isn't worth taking a star away. Is that the charger they sent is cheap and doesn't magnetically stick as well as the Samsung one's. That wasn't a big deal because I had one from my previous purchase I was able to use.

It tracked a lot of things which was cool. I’m not sure how accurate it was though. It was a good size and didn’t look too big. It connected fast. It was easy to use. It worked with android obv but I switched to apple and it only works with certain IOS I think

Beautiful watch! I'm on a budget and was looking for a watch that I can connect to my Galaxy phone. It's not the newest obviously but for under $80 I can't complain! The watch was in fairly good condition but not "like new" as described. There's rust in the crevices and a small chip on one of the edges in front. Screen is free of scratches and cracks. Over all I'm happy with my buy. Battery only last 2 days, even with WiFi, GPS, and Health monitoring off... Going to have to look into that a little more. I would recommend for anyone looking for a budget friendly name brand item or if you simply want an environmental friendly option for a pre used Galaxy watch! ☺️ Thanks Amazon! Honest review, Have had this almost a month and Its been great. However if your not a watch person but want to wear it because the smart features but hate the plastic rubber wrist band i suggest looking into the stretchy elastic bands or ever the boho style bands . Definitely makes a huge difference in being comfortable. Overall the watch is great I do have to charge it every other day but usually try to everyday during my relaxing time if your into your steps ect charge it when you go in shower or resting watching a movie slow time at work ect. I was little surprised it doesn't have a camera how most smart watches do. you can take pictures from your watch but from your phone if that makes sense like prop the phone up and use the watch to click it ect. I will say it disconnects from my phone if I go to far... which i thought is odd i figured if you wanted to leave your phone and have your watch it would work like quick store run or walk around the block but no it disconnects. Maybe its ment to and I just didn't read it correctly lol but anyways im pleased with the purchase.

Listen to the REVIEWS!! Battery life sucks which for the price you can get over but the Bluetooth does not stay connected longer than 5 minutes!! Stays extremely hot. After hrs and multiple phone calls emails include with customer service over 6hrs total my issues have not been resolved. Seller and Amazon have both been a nightmare to work with.......I straight up was lied to about a refund even though I have a email as proof!

I bought this watch to use to view my sugar levels from my CGM. It works perfectly. Stays charged for an entire day of use for me. The charger it came with works wonderfully. I bought this refurbished here an Amazon and I'm very satisfied bc it is the S5 and this is 2025 so I've had it for several months and it was a fantastic purchase. It picks up calls great, texts, even listen to my music on here. I wear this every single day as I t1d and my cgm readings have to be visible to me at all times. It has nice features and I'm so impressed that it is this great and it wasn't new. Way to go Samsung and Amazon.

Esta súper bien el reloj, si tiene detalles pequeños de uso pero nada que interfiera con su uso, estoy contenta. ☺️ Pero ya veremos también al paso del tiempo.

El producto ya se ha utilizado. los empaques del producto NO son originales, cargador compatible y hasta ahorita NO se me ha hecho mi devolucion, mes y medio.
