Purchased in 2017, still going strong. Moves great, and easy to store in overhead, or under seat.
This has been a great purchase. Easily access your laptop, or other electronic devices in front portion of case. This was the best computer bag that I have found. It's sturdy, easy to roll on carpet/hard floor. Easily stores in overhead bins. This case can also be expanded if you need to extra room.

Nice overhead-bin friendly bag
Normally I check luggage, but for a recent 3-day/3 night trip, I wanted a hard-sided bag that I could be sure would fit in some of the smaller overhead bins, since I couldn't risk lost clothing. The size and reviews of this bag led me to purchase this one, and I do like it immensely.I do have two small issues about it, though: the extension handle and how you have to fight for space for that zip-up front pocket. The extension handle did feel a little flimsier than other bags I've owned, but not excessively so. But my bigger problem was the slight flares to the side of the handle made it difficult for my smaller Lo & Sons tote to be easily slid on an off the bag. Made the bag nice and secure, of course, but awkward when I'm trying to separate them to get into a cab or when I'm on the jetway or in the plane aisle. I have never had that problem with other rolling bags, so it could just be a mismatch of brands here, but if your chosen bag has a very snug fit on extension handles, know this could be a little awkward. The front zipper pouch is great, but ultimately, even if you lightly pack the interior side of that pocket, even a small amount of items can leaves you with fairly little space in the exterior side. I pretty much just fit a tablet, a travel USB block, and some thin paper items. But if you're expecting to put all your electronics there, that won't really be possible unless everything is very slender. (A lot of my electronics went into my tote instead.) Just make sure to put only soft items on the interior side for a little give, though, and you should be able to fit a laptop and power source.Otherwise, I loved the dark red color I ordered, the zippers felt pretty smooth, I liked the zip-around cover on the other side which kept everything nice and secure, I always appreciate a built-in lock, and the little pocket for an AirTag/Tile was appreciated.

Efficient
I purchased this carry-on suitcase for an upcoming trip to Europe, It fits my clothes, toiletries, medications and puffy jacket (without having to use the expansion capability). My iPad, over the earphones with case, foldable backpack (just in case bag did need to be checked), a thick travel guide, a couple of magazines and some snacks. The suitcase is a breeze to navigate through the airport and on the airplane. I am so glad I got this and ditched the backpack I was going to use for this upcoming adventure. I took off one star as it did get its first scratch and some of the the coating came off. Not a biggie as I will just cover with a sticker, I had been warned when reading the reviews prior to my purchase that this was an issue for some.Liked this carry-on so much bought one for my boyfriend so he can ditch his laptop bag and have less to deal with on the road.Update: this luggage has been a lifesaver on a three week tour of Italy. As per my picture this fit under our train seats with wheels out and not expanded.

Love it, but there are a few problems
Purchased suitcase and carry on.I love this carry-on, but there are a few problems. I traveled 5 times (10 flights) since buying. Before my first trip- one of the internal zippers broke. The zipper just slid right off the track when I was closing it. During my last flight, I had to check this carry-on for overbooked flight (no remaining storage on the plane). I don't know what happened, but the wheels aren't as smooth and the retractable handle is bent and hard to pull out and especially hard to put back in. I looked up warranty info and will be checking to see if anything can be done. I really do like it, but was disappointed that the carry-on does not seem to be holding up well. The colors (despite being called the same color) of the suit case and carry-on do not match. I bought them at the same time. Carry on is darker and the suitcase is lighter. So far suitcase has been holding up well.
