Raymond Franklin Peat (1936 - 2022) was a seminal and galvanizing figure in the field of nutrition, bioenergetics, and biology. Introduction to Ray Peat is an accessible introductory guide to Ray Peat’s work in the areas of health and metabolism. It covers a range of topics from discussing Peat’s life, to exploring how his theories can be applied to diet and lifestyle. The book also includes practical advice and tips on how to apply his theories to everyday life. Review: Typos throughout - Great summary of Peat's work but could be organized and proofread better. Review: Very Poorly Written - Do not buy or even waste your time by reading for free. This book reads like the product of a hallucinating AI that was trained on partial data of Ray Peat's work and remedial knowledge of english grammar. Most of this book is a series of disjointed, jumbled up collections of scientific gobbledygook.

Smells Weird
I bought this book a couple days ago and it smells of dust, unbefitting of any library. Please bleach next time before sending a book.
