Good product

Material Quality is cheap, hard band hurts the head as there is no insulation, blue LED always lite which creates confusion if I am on mute.Sound quality not that great and I hear some chirping if other side's pich is high.No idea about noise cancellation as other end hears background noise.Recommended to go for other higher end brand and avoid this kind of trap products.And unable to register for warranty/ guarantee as this product not listed in their official website.

The media could not be loaded.  Works okay, except for the blue light in remote which according to the manual must activate when the playback is put on mute. However, the blue light is on, always. So double check this if you cannot hear anything. Either the manual is wrong or the designers did not communicate this properly. Or, I may have gotten a slightly defective piece.

Good Project light weight but volume is bit low that why 4 star else its good project for office calls.

I have return this product and no one has came to pick up but I have received that this product was not packed properly so it is declined to pick this is wrong what's going on I have no idea.

Ich habe mir das Headset fürs Home-Office geholt und es macht das was es machen soll. Ich höre alles super und ich werde auch gut verstanden. Außerdem ist die Verarbeitung sehr gut. Jedoch kann das Mirko nur in eine Richtung zum Mund gedreht werden, d.h. Das Mirko kann nur links vor den Mund gedreht werden.

J'ai commandé ce casque pour mes formations à distance qui durent plusieurs heures. Je cherchais un casque avec micro intégré, simple à utiliser et surtout très léger.Ce casque répond parfaitement aux critères que je recherchais : il suffit de le brancher sur un port USB et de sélectionner dans les paramètres de son de Windows la sortie audio (casque) et l'entrée audio (le micro).Après plusieurs heures d'utilisation, le casque ne me fait pas mal aux oreilles : c'est léger et souple. Le son du micro est de bonne qualité et il supprime plutôt bien les bruits environnants pour que mon interlocuteur m'entende mieux.La commande filaire est pratique et simple à utiliser.Une traduction en français de la notice d'utilisation serait bienvenue pour les personnes qui ne comprennent pas l'anglais.Un casque confortable, bien pensé pour le télétravail ou les longues sessions de discussions à distance.Les finitions sont impeccables dans l'ensemble et le casque est plutôt solide.

The headphones come with a microphone and works well for video conferencing. The headphones can be adjusted by just moving the earpieces on the headband up and down. They are all plastic but don't feel brittle, it does mean though they are very lightweight and feel comfortable on in short bursts but if your wearing them all day you might need something with far nore padding.The microphone can be adjusted downwards, as it moved it clicks and once in position stays in place, when not in use it can be moved to sit at the side of the earphones. Once in place the microphone can also be adjusted to ether brand around your face or sit straight.The headset connects via USB and I have tried it on both a PC and Chromebook and it was recognised fine on both straight away, no issues at all. On the wire is a volume up or down button and a mic mute and heaphones mute button, they are a little clunky but work well. There is a generous amount of wire, important for comfort.Sound quality is good, headphones for speach are clear and crisp, they do lack bass but I doubt you will be listening to music on this anyway.The microphone is again good quality, it picks up voices cleanly and does not distort, its a very good microphone for video conferencing or answering IP calls when in a busy office.This headset is very good, lightweight, comfortable in short bursts and does exactly what it should with clear sound both from the headphones and microphone. It is really easy to set up, you just plug it in.

In a nutshell:Things I liked:+ Good, solid budget headset from a named brand, which for me raises it above the similarly priced no-named headsets.+ Everything about it is basic but functional. No nonsense, no frills. Inline remote works fine with Windows, headset speakers are fine for voice calls but fall down a little for music/video, on ear pads are fine without being extremely comfortable.Things I didn't like:- Just wish it had been a little more premium to match up with the name, but I suppose for the price, you can't complain.Do I recommend it?Yes - the fact it is branded gives it some extra status from an after-sales point of view, but there is little else to distinguish this from the similarly priced unbranded headsets.
