I’m 35 female and needed a little kick start to my weight loss journey as I was struggling. So far, I’ve found my weight has been decreasing at a healthy rate since drinking these. In two weeks I’ve lost 8Ibs. They aren’t the miracle cure but I’ve found they do aid my weight loss along with daily exercise and a kcal deficit as they help in burning extra kcals. Please note, I’m not using any other weight loss aid e.g jabs. I drink in the morning after breakfast and find I have lots of energy.I’m giving a 4 star because the flavour is awful. However, I add a shot of zero sugar vimto cordial to it and it’s not too bad. The powder takes a while to dissolve so I stir for a few mins with a spoon and then use a small handheld milk frothier to finish it. After about 10 mins, it’s fully dissolved.Again, I will highlight this isn’t the miracle cure and you still need to exercise with a healthy diet. I do find it gives me lots of energy compared to the likes of berroco.

Arrived promptly and in good packaging loved the fact it was in single sachets however it wasn't for me I didn't like the taste and struggled to even drink one shame it doesn't come in different flavours.
