Ah, I see - itchy bumps. Yes, thanks, I'd gathered that...) Hard not to scratch it. This stuff chills, helps prevents scratching frenzy in the night. Use an emollient first, then when that has sunk in, slap this on to relieve itching. It is about 25% of the cost of a brand name identical cream, and as far as I can tell from extensive clinical trials (me, one week on each) works every bit as well.They don't know what causes it, and all the treatments they suggest are \"may help\" rather than \"will clear it up.\" This is the only one that helps with the actual irritating symptoms. The best medication is: don't scratch. Easier said than done. This stuff helps.
