as good as the expensive brand name stuff, and it helps.
I have nodular prurigo (thanks doc. - English? Ah, I see - itchy bumps. Yes, thanks, I'd gathered that...) Hard not to scratch it. This stuff chills, helps prevents scratching frenzy in the night. Use an emollient first, then when that has sunk in, slap this on to relieve itching. It is about 25% of the cost of a brand name identical cream, and as far as I can tell from extensive clinical trials (me, one week on each) works every bit as well. They don't know what causes it, and all the treatments they suggest are "may help" rather than "will clear it up." This is the only one that helps with the actual irritating symptoms. The best medication is: don't scratch. Easier said than done. This stuff helps. If you overdo it, mind, it feels as though you've gone for a swim off Greenland.

Maybe not got children?
I bought this for my 13year old. He has severe eczema, and is having a bad flare up. I thought a cooling agent may help. Within a couple of minutes my son was screaming in pain, π’Iβve used this type of cooling cream before, with good results. It may be the cream is too strong, or my sons skin is too sensitive. I know thatβs not overly helpful, but it may make you think before purchasing for a child.

Works well, soothes itching nicely
Bought this for it's cooling affect after reading that it can help relieve itching during pregnancy. Works quite well to soothe itching, but we ended up using more specific specialist products simply because they dried quicker. The rates of 0.5% to 1/2% don't sound like a lot and I was tempted to try and find a product with a higher % but it's more than plenty and works nicely to create a cooling effect.Since it's aqueous cream, it's easy to handle and sinks into the skin quite nicely - unless you use a lot (which you might want to if you're really itchy).

Good value
My wife uses other makes of the same product, this does exactly the same thing at a cheaper price, well pleased with it.

Soothing and cooling
This is so refreshing to use. Great to put on your skin on a hot day. It really does cool you down. Probably not good to use on a cold day as you will end up shivering until the effects wear off.
