The more bulling you do the higher the shine, the more waterproof it becomes. Make sure lace sections are covered with polish to prevent breaking.

Q: Could you use leder gris waterfproof qs a base coat then use this ti get a parade shine ?

yes ,but you need to waterproof the boots and leave for 36 hours, buff up , apply polish , leave 10/15 minutes buff again , then using a yellow duster apply the polish , leave 5 mins, then a hint of water and polish, apply in small circles, and voila , boots are bulled up, happy polishing.
