This is a great case for kids. Very cute and very protective. It is all one piece and the iPad just snaps in. It cannot fall out. My favorite part is the handle. It is great for carrying the iPad and it makes a great stand when the kids want the iPad to sit up. All the cutouts are in perfect position for our iPad 6 mini. The buttons are deeply set in to be safe but not covered. Easy to use the buttons. The screen is deeply set in the case so if you dropped it screen down the screen would not be impacted by a flat surface. I did put my own glass screen protector on our iPad. This case does not include a screen protector.This case is replacing a case that was three parts. A hard plastic top and bottom with a rubber sleeve that the hard plastic went into. The rubber part would not stay on and the hard plastic parts were constantly falling apart when the ipad would get dropped.

We recently bought an iPad mini for our 3yo because he will be doing his speech therapy via zoom every week on it. I bought another case that was silicone instead of foam and it was just too loose around the device.This is perfect and sturdy! It’s a little uggo, but I didn’t buy it for looks, lol.My oldest son (13yo) got an iPad when he was 3 back in 2013. We bought a foam case for that iPad and it has held up still, 10 years later! That prehistoric iPad lags like a motha, but at least it looks brand new.These hard foam cases seem to be perfect to protect a toddler/young kids device.

This case was perfect for my 5 yr old granddaughter’s IPad. It has kept it very secure and she can tote it easily.
