Very cold
Has cold air even if you don’t use the included ice blocks. The ice blocks comes with some crystals that you add water to that makes it into a permanent ice block. It was hard to open and some crystals fell out. I recommend you do it on a table over some paper towel. I don’t think it sealed perfectly either. I just went to Walmart and bought 4 small square igloo ice blocks. Fits perfectly. It’s weird that the blocks go on top instead of with the water in the bottom but other versions of this type seems to have it on top as well. I’m still rating as 5 stars cause it was really cold with just water.

Nothing close to a air conditioner more like a fan
First off the 4 ice packs are hard to open. They don’t stay froze for more than a hour so will need to to be changed out often . I don’t like this product. I stay in a small 2 bedroom apartment and it cools it off no better than a box fan I could have purchased from Walmart for 30$ . The bottom should open so ice could be poured inside or the top Ice holder should be bigger to ice . This is nothing more than a 179$ fan. And a waste of money.

Love it so far.
I didnt want a traditional AC unit so this was a perfect option. It was easy to setup. Turned on and cooled the room immediately. It is a little noisy when turned all the way up. I filled up the entire tank and it lasted over 8 hours. I love that it's portable and comes with a remote.

keeps room cool
it is in the back room of our house where the sun shines on the wall and makes the room very hot. this item has helped in the cooling down of this room. its not a big room about average size

Just what we needed
I'm thankful to have for when we need extra cooling. Did not get to use it much yet due to the weather taking a change and turning cool. Good to have for when it turns hot again. Compact, easy to store and peace of mind of the hot summer ahead. Thank You !!

Bought it for my chicken coop.
Bought it for my chicken coop. Did the job of cooling it down more quickly at bedtime. I just cleaned it up to store for the cooler months and it was remarkably clean and easy to make like new again to use for next years heat wave. We live in Arizona elevation 3000' hotest months this year were July and Aug.

Don’t waste your money!
This product sucks - it doesn’t cool a closet let alone a room!! What a rip off!
