This quilting table is well-constructed, and when complete, it provides a sturdy, attractive platform for all the needs of a quilter. Assembly is challenging, but only requires basic skills with hand tools. There are many pieces, all labeled, and lots of hardware and fasteners, also labeled, However, the key fasteners - the wood screws, are a problem. First, I was not provided an adequate supply of the 3.5x14 screws (roughly equivalent to a #8 x 1/2" screw) . I had to pause my assembly process and go out and purchase additional screws. Second, the 3.0x14 (roughly equivalent to a #6x1/2" screw) screws were useless. I could not drive them at all. I tried my smallest Phillips screwdriver to get it to stay engaged to drive the screw, but my efforts were futile. Fortunately, I purchased some smaller screws when I found I needed the 3.5x14 screws, anticipating I might need more. Everything else in the hardware kit worked perfectly and was adequately supplied. In total, it took me about four hours over two days to complete the assembly. It might take others longer, as I am a very capable DIY-er.
