Gems look fantastic, lots of variety!
- came packaged nicely in a box wrapped in bubble wrap so the plastic case wasn't cracked- tweezers were fine though the wax pen seems sort of wobbly/can be unscrewed? not a huge issue as it picks up fine, it just seems a bit cheap and even peels a little- quantity seems in line with what's described, though i'd definitely purchase 2 sets if you're a nail tech/need a lot of the special shaped crystals- the card carton the gems were packaged in advises to use some sort of sealing/varnish spray to make the crystals last. I used a very very thin layer of gel top coat applied with a liner brush. this way the gem doesn't look like a bubble under a thick layer and the gem's surface doesn't get scratched.- I used gel top coat to apply the gems, and Beetles rhinestone gel for the larger ones- holds really well, and i took care to seal the edges of the gems so they didn't catch on clothing/hair!
