Is it good value for money?
I disliked the cost of the item as the identical product was available from the manufacturers some £8.00 cheaper. However, as this was for my Granddaughter's birthday I have decided against returning the item but could not go without registering my disappointment. I will be very price cautious before I purchase from your company again.

Cute but this is tiny, thought it would be a lot bigger for the price. feels like a rip off £98 ! we have bigger Jellycats which we only paid £40 for and then they came with a bag. Am I missing something, why is this so much more?
