Delivery was as promised, as soon as the item came into stock, it was sent out to is.* We had a bit of a hiccup with missing screws, but the seller was phenomenal - quick responses to emails, immediately sent a replacement set of tools and screws. I wanted to mention this because it’s a reflection on a business - how they deal with problems. Very efficient in this case.Initial stages of assembly required two people as it’s a bit fiddly, for most part because the house is pretty big so components are long, they’re difficult to balance when doing it alone.Treat instructions with a pinch of salt, some sequences make no sense. I’d recommend focusing on the back panels before inserting flooring.It’s described as wooden, with clear mention of MDF. Don’t expect a solid wood house, it’s not. Side panels are solid MDF’s, back and flooring is thin MDF so exercise caution, and don’t be too rough. However, once put together, the house is pretty sturdy.Make sure all is slotted in properly so it ‘sits’ well.Stairs are a bit narrow for the allocated slot, and have no means of being attached, but they don’t slide all over the place. I think I will use Velcro tape to secure them in place.All wooden furniture is lovely, especially the bunk bed.Some might be functional, such as chairs, but toilet seat would be too narrow for a dolly to sit on.Not big enough for Barbie dolls; Chelsea dolls would be more appropriate.Nice and bright, generous in height. Initial trepidation about MDF was dispersed once the house was finished.Wouldn’t advise leaning or sitting on it, won’t withstand pressure, but with normal play should last a while.This is a Christmas present for a 3 year old girl, who I am sure will be over the moon.Would recommend assembling the house before you gift it as it’ll take time to put together, and may or may not result in a bit of a row with your construction assistant.

Arrived before quoted delivery date. Well packaged. Very easy to assemble and was surprise at how wonderfully sturdy it was when assembled. The finished built house was spectacular - my granddaughter was overjoyed and so excited when she saw it and hasn't stopped playing with it since.

Brought as a Christmas present for my daughter. Good size and sturdy. Fiddly to put together but I quickly got the hang of it. The extra furniture is a nice touch too.

Packaged beautifully. Easy to follow instructions although 2 people to assemble is easier. Very happy with the quality, solid wood and the furniture it comes with is chunky and well made. My granddaughters face will light up on christmas morning.

Really happy with this doll house ready for my daughter on christmas day, was an easy enough assemble thanks to clear instructions and all screws lettered differently on rear of box and shown in instructions, nice furniture with it also she will be happy

So happy with this dolls house. Purchased for my little girls 2nd birthday on Tuesday and she is going to love it. Yes it took 2 people to assemble in certain places but the instructions are easy to follow and every piece numbered. Can’t wait to see her face when she sees it! 😍

Lovely solid dolls house, was well packed and delivery was quick. The detail on it is beautiful and the wooden furniture is well made. A bit disappointed the stairs are white plastic with no way to attach it to the house. It does need assembling and all the parts are numbered - a few pieces were incorrectly labelled and the assembly instructions are not very clear so common sense is needed. This is a Christmas present for my daughter so assembled in preparation time will tell if it lasts.

Die Böden und Rückwände waren total verzogen und waren nur mit viel Mühe zusammenzubauen. Ausserdem war bei einer Seitenwand die Folie (Innentapezierung) schon zerrissen. Wenn ich das Puppenhaus nicht dringend gebraucht hätte, hätte ich es zurückgeschickt.
